some beautiful houses in asaluyeh, look how a bit of green space, clean old look and some proper lights can make the place so fresh and delightful?

More good mass housing, nice!

If they only kept building stuff like this it would be awesome.

Yeah, the height is a big +, there is no need for it to be glassy, however what the whole municipalitys of Iran really need to focus on is bigger windows.

Still i think most mass housing in Iran is not that bad, sure, some of them are really terrible, but for being mass housing some of them really impressed me. I went to Bangladesh once, now that's a place where you can call mass housing terrible. The government burned down forests and green areas and built crappy highrises which even three of them collapsed during building (lol).

The one Soroush posted from Ilam province is also very beautiful, they use so simple materials and yet they make it look over decent.

im saying they need to start making it look modern and nice , not like these 60s commie blockss

they need glass, its efficient, light, faster to place, and looks better and creates a better living space

who wants those tiny jail windows?

Exactly!

If it was in a country which gets stricken by storms and hurricanes often i would understand, but come on, this is Iran, we have a semi-arid climate in the whole country except for the north.

To be honest, even in stormy areas they use glass like it's an unlimited resource.

The architectures and the municipalities too in Iran need to get some ice cold water thrown in their faces so they wake up, it's the 21st century, not "60s commie blocks" like you stated.

some old mass housing projects in khorasan

now the following building in the pic bellow is nice!!! its great actually! i would live in it, big windows, some detail, a blend of older and newer styles, a fresh bright facade thats welcoming and "happy", not repetitive! this is great, looks like an apartment in northern tehran, it also has descent green space
why not more of these!!????

these are nice too, look at the window sizes

i like this one, simple, big windows, clean cut:

these are nice too, descent window size, and they have good colours, and windows all around

these are good too, the grey is a bit extra however, plain white is better

thanks for appreciating but seriously you dont need to thank us for every damn update

secondly, with one example, u cant say that they have "woken up", they dont go through one night revolutions, and all these projects are old , from 1386
