If this site was in my hands, I would have turned it in a second Kish or second mini Singapore haha, this place is too nice for ugly mass house constructions...

yes I know right, those white beaches, white sand, nice weather, blue azuric sea, and what are they gonna do, build a mass house construction....it's sad because all the money is in that region, however, I would like to see the renders first

If the design of the buildings looks ok then it will be good. Crowded slums by the sea look much worse.

Venezuela, Iran Ink $1 Bln Deal To Build 10,000 Housing Units

CARACAS (Dow Jones)--Venezuela signed a $1 billion deal with Iran to build 10,000 houses in the South American country, according to a statement on the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry's website.

The houses will be constructed over the next 18 months in the Venezuelan states of Yaracuy, Lara and Carabobo and are expected to serve 45,000 people.

The deal is a part of President Hugo Chavez's key Gran Mision Vivienda Venezuela project, the socialist leader's plan to build 2 million housing units for the country's poor over the next seven years. Chavez has made the project one of his top priorities ahead of next year's presidential election.

To meet its housing deficit, Venezuela is working with companies from China, Iran, Turkey and Belarus for construction as well as financing.

meh indeed, why dont they move them apart a bit give more room so they don't create so much urban heat and misery for the people looking directly into each others windows.
