Awesome. Christian de Portzamparc is such a great architect.
Shame that a very similar project in my city was cancelled.

I wonder if it would be possible to somehow extend upwards the unfinished Metropolitan Life building to the right of the old tower. That building has a full-block footprint.

These modern gems are really precious. In that shot alone there are a lot of horrors.
