Very true. Its also good that the 20ish mike buildings are located right on the waterfront, meaning that any buildings built further inland will have to be taller.
Had a little ferry trip myself today in the georgeous weather, first time in about 15 years, was fantastic. The view of the waterfront does look impressive, and to think what it will look like in 2008 when a lot of the developments are finished. Have taken about 100 pics, so will post a selection of the best in various relevant threads.
