Another very promising DMCI project in the South!
  • When's the target completion of each of the buildings ?
  • How much are the parking slots?
  • Is CITRINE the only building with the smallest 2br units at 37sqm + 5.5sqm (balcony)? How much is the projected TCP for a unit like this?
  • The entrance path is kinda long. Is it as long as the one in Ohana?

1. gaano to kalayo sa Fault Line?

2. ilang mins from Boni mandaluyong to Sienna? (with and without traffic)

3. gaano sya kalayo from Boni mandaluyong? parang Boni - MOA or NORTH?

4. may TOLL pa bang dadaanan papuntang EDSA?

5. sobra ba matraffic sa SLEX?

thanks, mukhang maganda ang mura. sabi kasi 37 sqm + balcony is around 6-7K/month till turnover

Hey I live in Paranaque too

1. Fault Line? Are you speaking of the Marikina Fault Line? that's pretty far.

2-3. Hmm to Boni Mandaluyong, that's a bit far. Much much farther than Boni to MOA. Prolly an hour or so. West Service Road gets easily congested, however this site is close to SLEX Bicutan interchange so that instead of passing thru the long service road you can go into SLEX.

4. Huh? There's no toll along EDSA. You can also avoid going thru the SLEX by using the service roads.

5. SLEX north bound during morning rush hours become congested because of - wait for it - vehicles coming from the service roads.

Many people use the service roads because its free, but later on it will join the SLEX just after nichols interchange. If you're on the service road you can opt to do that or go thru Fort Bonifacio.

South bound, after work hours, going thru SLEX isn't so bad nowadays with the Skyway construction moving on southward to Sucat/Alabang area. At least, for us Bicutan people.

Also a lane for those going to the Bicutan interchange was setup to speed us up guys leaving SLEX thru there.

I'm looking at the availability now. 36 units taken at Auburn and 48 from Citrine. That was fast. This was just launched yesterday

It's 36/109 and 48/119

This was yesterday. Most of those that were taken were the cheaper 2BR

With 90% bank financing, that would be around 17k/month for 15 years. Applicable with 10%-90% BDO

I believe yes! Maraming mga companies and corporations are around the areas. And when you try to visit some of the betterliving and bicutan paranaque areas maraming mga posted billboards na for rent/lease na house means malaki talaga demand.

I just went recently sa may service road ayus na pala ang right of way entrance gate ng Siena park near Toyota very accessible talaga.
