Wow Imre I really admire you, how you left and came back and just picked up right again. I thought you would very slowly start making pictures again, or not even at all make pictures.
But why exactly did you leave, and why did you come back? Just a very long holiday or what?
That balcony railings look really huge and man-size tall. So no leaning over, residents are supposed to glance through the screens and thus have a more limited view, I think. :no:
But this offers more privacy and safety and may avoid some vertigo. And the more courageous might still open a facade window to look out (if they got one in their apartment)...
Yes, you and PrincessTower are right of course... from this Tameer pic of 15th floor from June 10 I get that the floor bottom is not much lower than the glass part. On the recent pic it appeared to me as if the bottom was way further down... the cladded balcony part would be tall enough.
