Any one ever thought of doing an MLB franchise move, like say the marlins or another team were proposing a move. Modelling a new stadium for the new team in the city ?

I was looking into doing that, I started a new Tampa Bay stadium and got bored, and I did one for a new franchise in Las Vegas. I never finished them, I realised I don't know enough about baseball to know exactly what they need in a baseball stadium.

my next project could be an indoor arena. For the moment I don't know how to deal with the sightlines. Make a 20.000 seats arena with sightlines comparable to a stadium (c-value 9 or better) is still a huge challenge...
Or are for indoor arenas c-value about 6 acceptable??

Yes this is a problem. I haven't found any data about indoor arenas and sightlines. Only one I found is about basketball. The point of focus is not the sideline, it's 500mm above the sideline. FIBA rules says that stands must be at least 5m away from the sideline. Start with these values and work it out.

mStadia.net

Welcome back!

After a long break I came back with a new site name and address but not only these two things were changed. First of all I`m not ďanonymousĒ anymore. Now you can meet me by name and surname on site ďAbout meĒ where I wrote a few words about genesis of mStadia.net and my most important achievements. So feel invited to read this article and if you have a minute Iíll quickly show you what changed since your last visit.

What's the minimum and maximum height a row should be. Is it like 30cm-50cm? Really don't have any idea...

@#WolvesAyWe: ... and remember that according to newest standarts, tribunes can`t be more than 34 degrees steep and also each row which is more than 50 cm height should have a railing.

Let the countdown begin! #10 LKS Poprad Rytro

New site is ready so it's time to back to work on the new municipal stadium in Szczecin concept (check progress in ďFreshĒ section). Publication of full presentation will be preceded by special countdown. How it'll looks? I choosed, in my opinion 10 the most important projects from my portfolio. Week by week I'll present a short story about one of them and at the end, with #1, my newest project will see the light of the day. So... let's go!

I've been keeping up with this thread for a while now and I would just like to tell everyone here to keep up the good work. I've been making stadiums on sketchup myself for a while, maybe I will share some pictures with everyone here.
