According to UT, 50% of its units are now sold.
Pinnacle intends to commence construction this fall.

Wow that was fast. Love the brick carried all the way up the tower. It's a welcome reprieve from the sea of all glass towers in this area.

This street will get amped up considerably; that white 4 floor warehouse building is where one of the Mirvish-Gehry towers will go.
