My conservative estimate is that only half of the projects will be realized, not to say that's not impressive, but it's a more achievable number. Newly established greenfield CBDs such as Qianhai will be competing directly with Xiangluowan/Yujiapu, eventually some of the Qianhai towers will have to be scaled back.

yes it is always like that, half getting finished is fine with me though, thinking about chongqing which lost nearly all of its supertall projects in the past.

Impressive.

But shouldn't it replace the old list on the first page?

Posting it here means it'll be burried and not seen in a matter of no time. That would be a waste.

No. I want people to be able to follow the evolution of the ranking ;D

By the way, I'm currently working on a developer rating list. It'll be quite helpful to guess what should we expect from each proposal depending on the developer.

Methodology:
I didn't write any random number. I applied a uniform method to determine every project.
The key is in the colors in the main list. Dark green = 5 points, pale green = 4 points, yellow = 3 points, orange = 2 points and red = points.
Then I just calcullated the average scores to make the final chart.
In the big list the average at the bottom of each developer are more subjective though.

I counted multitower projects as single projects, by the way.

could you put something like this also on the first post:

-------------
April 2014 Update
-------------

just so that when more pages go by, people will still be easily able to find your newest list?

-- concerning the new developer chart --

your review for kaisa is the same for henderson, you must have missed it.

for me greenland is number one, with the amount of projects they put out it is deemed that a few fail and to evergrande i just say: http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps4ccf1854.jpg
