I don't know. It's interesting but to me, it looks incoherent and amateurish for some reason... Like a placeholder design.

Especially the base of the tower. I like the facade though.

One can't tell all that much about the base from that rendering. I'm not sure if a continuation of the tower design in the base would look good. It might be over kill.

The project's height was scaled back to 82m, 26 storeys tall.

I actually like this design iteration better than the previous one.

It's way under scaled for its location. 82m? This is a block from One Bloor (257m) and The One (308m).
