Actually they're both after Dubai. Manchester ranks #46 with 21.5 million passengers. Stansted #49 20.9 million.
Next of the UK airports is Birmingham #122 then Glasgow #127 and Edinburgh #134. The 2 Scottish airports are showing good growth though whilst Birmingham's traffic dropped.

Not sure about Dhaka. It was sitting at around 2.8 million 2 years ago.
