It's set to get much taller down on University too. They've only just begun to build tall on that street. Shangri-La was the first, RCMI the 2nd. I bet we'll see at least 4-5 more.

I suppose the office tower will block a fair bit of ICE from view. I believe it will be around the same height as MLS. You can see the 'hat' of MLS peeking out above that new research building on College and University.

The southcore skyline is starting to look really impressive coming along the gardiner from the east. Lots of cranes, and these offer a new peak on the skyline that wasn't previously there.
