DIJAYA Corporation Bhd recently unveiled Arnica Residence — Phase 1 of the serviced residence of Tropicana Gardens, its latest integrated development project at Kota Damansara — with a 100% take-up rate and RM230mil in sales.
During a two-day preview earlier this week at the newly constructed Tropicana Gardens show unit and sales gallery, Dijaya Privilege Card members turned up early with hopes of securing their units of choice. Early registrants were invited to view the show units on Oct 14 and 15.
The Tropicana Gardens show unit and sales gallery was opened to the public from yesterday.
Buoyed by the positive response shown, Dijaya deputy managing director Dickson Tan said, “Tropicana Gardens is designed to draw on the strengths of the location while offering residents the hallmark of our Tropicana brand of properties. In light of the encouraging response shown, we will launch Phase 2 of the serviced residence soon.”
Tropicana Gardens, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.8bil, is a vibrant urban hub that offers serviced residence, shopping mall, cinema, hotel, offices and SOHO, all of which are set in lush landscapes.
The development occupies 7.1ha of leasehold land.
Situated in Persiaran Surian, the location is easily accessible via the North Klang Valley Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong, Sprint Highway and Penchala Link.
An elevated Mass Rapid Transit station is incorporated with a direct link to the integrated development for maximum convenience.
Arnica Residence, with a GDV of RM230mil, offers high-rise, luxury living amidst all the modern conveniences of city life. A motor court paved with stone slab welcomes residents and visitors, and opens up to views of the Seri Selangor Golf Course from the stylish lobby entrance.
Arnica Residence offers six types of residential units, ranging from 597sq ft studio to 2,700sq ft penthouse.
On the fifth level, the recreational podium boasts a 38m infinity pool, children’s pool, playground, BBQ area, jacuzzi, herb and sculpture garden, mini golf lawn, half basketball court and tennis practice wall.
The pool deck leads down to a lower chill-out deck which is connected to a lounge facing the golf course. An upper gallery rises 3.5m above the pool deck, allowing some respite from the activity below.
On Level 38, there will be a contemporary rooftop lounge offfering both indoor and outdoor space with stunning views overlooking the Petaling Jaya skyline and Seri Selangor Golf Course.
Vertical gardens are incorporated into the landscaping to blend views of soothing greens into its verdant surroundings.
The highly-anticipated Phase 2 of the serviced residence will be launched soon.
