Gaya Bangsar menyimpulkan kemewahan dan lambang kejayaan. Mengambil kawasan seluas 0.5 hektar, ia menyediakan 285 unit kediaman dalam lima jenis reka bentuk berkonsepkan seni bina moden.

Sama ada daripada jenis studio, 1 bilik tidur, 2 bilik tidur, atau 3 + 1 bilik tidur yang berkeluasan antara 62.31 hingga 149.55 meter persegi, orang ramai juga dapat memilih berdasarkan harganya yang bermula dari RM350,000 hingga RM900,000.

Rupa keseluruhan bangunan yang menerapkan konsep reka bentuk bergaya ini mencerminkan standard gaya hidup dan persekitaran penghuninya.

Pintu masuk ke dalam bangunan ialah setinggi 4.5 meter dan ditempatkan di bawah tempat letak kereta bertingkat yang dilengkapi kawasan berlandskap indah, memberikan atmosfera damai dan menenangkan.

Keseluruhan bangunan ini terdiri daripada empat zon yang dihubungkan secara menegak melalui lif persendirian dan secara horizontal melalui koridor dan lobi.

Warna yang berbeza daripada putih kepada kelabu dan bahan yang berlainan seperti aluminium, keluli, kaca dan konkrit digunakan pada permukaan bangunan.

Secara amnya bangunan ini mengandungi tingkat bawah tanah, tujuh tingkat podium dan 27 tingkat blok menara. Kesemua unit kondominium direka dengan konsep mewah.

Tingkap yang tinggi di bahagian bucu ruang, pintu gelangsar kaca dan balkoni menjadi laluan kepada cahaya untuk masuk ke dalam kediaman sebanyak yang mungkin.

Namun untuk memastikan ia tidak mengumpul terlalu banyak haba, bahagian dinding kaca dipasang elemen pelindung cahaya seperti skrin logam, tiub aluminium dan kepingan konkrit yang bertindak sebagai penyaring visual.

Menariknya, pelan lantai dalaman yang pelbagai dapat memberikan pelbagai gaya. Malah tab mandi di dalam bilik utama ditempatkan di bucu bagi membolehkan penghuni menikmati sepenuhnya pemandangan sekeliling tetapi dalam privasi yang diperlukan.

Meter air dan tenaga elektrik juga diletakkan tersorok daripada pandangan, iaitu di dalam kabinet kasut di lobi pintu masuk.

Kemudahan kolam renang infiniti, gimnasium, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dewan serba guna dan lobi lif persendirian di aras tujuh menyediakan ruang interaksi antara penghuni.

Menyaingi teknologi yang semakin canggih dan terus berkembang, Gaya Bangsar tidak ketinggalan melengkapkan premisnya dengan rangkaian broadband yang melangkaui batas komunikasi.

Aplikasi sistem kad akses, butang panik dan interkom, kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) serta kawalan keselamatan 24 jam adalah janji ketenangan Gaya Bangsar kepada setiap penghuninya.

Kedudukannya di pintu masuk bandar Bangsar dan mempunyai akses mudah ke Petaling Jaya serta kawasan sekitar seperti Kerinchi, Brickfields, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Sentral Kuala Lumpur, dan Mont Kiara ini merupakan pakej lengkap kondominium ini.

City condos receiving youthful response

You only have to look to UDA Holdings Bhd's Gaya Bangsar condominium in Kuala Lumpur to see the penchant among youthful urbanites for city living.

Just weeks after the project's official launch in January, all its 285 units have been sold to the " young and upwardly mobile crowd".

According to the developer, demand was driven by the city's hip and affluent crowd for trendy, avant-grade homes in vibrant, prestigious locations.

The up-and-coming 34-storey Gaya Bangsar is being built on 1.27 acres beside Dataran Maybank along Bangsar's Jalan Maarof and near the Jalan Telawi nightlife hub, Bangsar Shopping Centre and MidValley City. It is also close to the city's main transportation hub of KL Sentral.

Choice of units ranged from 671 sq ft studios to 1,610 sq ft three-plus-one bedroom units priced from RM 359,000 to RM 945,000, which would collectively generate a gross development value of RM155 million.

In keeping with style, UDA said all the units, which are expected to be ready by 2010, were designed with built-in kitchen cabinets and balconies overlooking either KL city, Damansara, Petaling Jaya or Seputeh.

Larger units would also come with private lift lobbies.

Earlier this year, another condominium targeting young and wealthy urbanites also experienced similar response.

One Jelatek by Tan & Tan Developments Bhd, situated at the fringe city enclave of Ampang, saw 90 per cent of its units sold within hours of its official launch, at prices equating to RM 460psf.

surely it can not be level 2 for total floor area or else UDA would have issued demands for the next payment which was due at completion of ground floor level!

Furthermore it looks like level 2 in your earlier photo of 4 June as well, so things have not progressed since then!
