Wow very high density! I don't think this city is well planned though? And no highrises, and the mid rises are very ugly and they don't take any focus. Even if they were a little taller they wouldn't take any focus because of height differences in the city.

There are a few tall cranes though, so probably you'll get a Luxembourgish cluster?

3 or less for the skyline

I dunno what I'd give for the city (by the looks) it looks very grey but the high density sure has it's charm.

Not my definition of city though.

Its a great city, my sisters go to Uni there, and it has some nice features like the bridge and the castle, but in those pics it lacks even mid-rises, let alone tall buildings. However i'm aware of some future projects so it gets a

The population is actually well over 1 million, but the city and all the new developments are so incredibly spread out there's no chance of a decent skyline - we're talking up to 15km between proposals

NOt really any talls
Just industry and such
But nice denisty all over the ground and mass of features
NEver get bored with all those low rise
But as a sky line not that good
seems to be a few cranes on the right ? New building going up
Maybe they have an impact
