Some more info re: the NHS taking the ground floor units. Looks like they are taking all of it apart from the Chinese restaurant.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a little disappointed. While it's better than empty units, I was hoping that once tenanted by restaurants (they haven't been on the market that long), they would add extra life and vitality to Hanover Street, not to mention what promised to be a new 'entertainment' street with both sides of the new David Lewis Street lined with leisure venues. Obviously the walk-in centre and related facilities will bring some footfall, but despite the claims to the contrary in the planning documents, I just can't see it having the same impact that the various resturants would have done.

Me too - I thought some family friendly restaurants would have worked well there.
