998 College Street | Proposed | 8 st | ??? m | College Promenade

I saw a notice sign yesterday on a long standing vacant lot. The rendering looks really good. My phone had died otherwise I would have snapped a picture.

The colour of that wall keeps changing. Red, black, beige. It'll probably be hot pink by the time it's built.
