I saw a notice sign yesterday on a long standing vacant lot. The rendering looks really good. My phone had died otherwise I would have snapped a picture.

Its exactly the same aside from the colour of the brick portion...

The colour of that wall keeps changing. Red, black, beige. It'll probably be hot pink by the time it's built.
