At this moment it's quite ugly even though some minor additions were constructed outside

Partizan will use it's other stadium Teleoptik in Zemun during the construction of the new one

I saw the animation on TV and even though I’m not a Partizan fan I must say they will be getting a nice reconstructed home.

Call me a sceptic, but this ain't gonna happen!

This is like a 3rd stadium "Pfc" builds.
The first was somewhere in 1996. as a reconstruction of the existing stadium, adding the sliding roof and a few more stuff.
Than after a CL they've said they'll demolish their stadium and construct a whole new one - you can still find a rendering for it on their official site (www.partizan.co.yu)
And this is a third rendering. Still, maybe i'm blind, but I don't see any construction news, deadlines, permits, anything just a few pictures.

When they anounce the constrution I'll believe it, when they put this on Partizan official site I'll believe it, for now not a chance I'm gonna bite this.

Don't get me wrong cause I'm a Red Star fan, I do well remember our reconstruction and now Pixi says - no way it gonna happen so soon, we have bigger problems.
So when you sell Simon to Saturn you can't expect to build such a fancy stadium.

Anyway looking around EE stadiums our both stadiums are pretty good, much richer clubs weren't able to finish or even start reconstructions of their stadiums.
And at the end, I really wish I'm the one who's wrong.

Actually Serbia has possibly the worst stadiums in Europe. Marakana could be renovated but JNA is ripe for demolition. Apart from that Sartid have a nice little stadium (that no one goes to) and that's it. The rest are a shambles.

@Luka

Was this the rendering showed on the DVD "Partizan u Evropi", the film was aired on RTS on PFC birthday and I've waited to see the stadium and than the power was gone (the first time in like 100 years in my grandma's neighberhood cause it's close to the City hospital).
I think I saw this rendering once before, last year in the fanzine "Partizan u Evropi" published before UEFA Cup group stage, but it contained nothing but pictures

As for Marakana reconstruction, before he finally said good-bye our ex-president Dzaja anounced the reconstruction.
We have a scans from AG magazin in an old thread (from about year ago). There should have been built an upper tribune and VIP boxes, office and comercial space on the East. So the east would aligne with the western stands. The lights would be moved on the new roof (on the whole stadium there would be a new lexan roof) and two new scoreboards would be put. The garages would be under the new building on the eastern stands.
But now when Pixi is a new president he said considering how much money we have (or have not) and all the other problems stadium reconstruction is not a priority, tough it will be done one day cause project is good.
But there will be some works around the stadium, like the new gym, football field and Red Star shop behind the North tibune.
And behind south tribune there will be the Red Star football academy (it was started but never finished)

5-10 million Euros has already been spent on Marakana's media center/conference hall/offices/communications/VIP areas in the last 24 months. Not visible to the naked eye unless you work there.

It might have been. The music in the background was “volim partisan crno bele boje… so on” and they went through the whole complex (animated)

Partizan is doing well as a team. They were in Champions league few years back and they almost got in when they missed their chance versus Art Media. I am not sure about the new stadium. The earlier proposals looked different.
