Czy na pewno wywóz ziemi byłby droższy niż budowa tego?
Bo na pewno wywóz ziemi i budowa docelowego prześwitu pod ekoduktem byłaby tańsza niż budowa tego umocnienia i następnie jego rozbiórka przy okazji budowy drugiej jezdni.

Możliwe, że to jakieś zabezpieczenie przed podmyciami skarpy.
Jak budowano tego PZ to wiadomo było iż długo, długo drugiej jezdni nie będzie.

Czy oprocz tej jednej kładki pozostałe obiekty na tym odcinku jezdnojezdniowej eSki od Zywca do granicy sa przystosowane pod ewentualna dobudowe drugiej jezdni?
