It points to the hope that it's a go. Lots of projects get delayed or shelved after buyout is well along. And assuming it's a few months out, there's still potential movement in both the construction cost and the lending rates and so on. And anyone who's "signed up" as equity partner or lender still has a decision to make about whether to participate, as does the developer.

Yes!! No!!! Maybe!?!?!

It's still waiting on a ruling on whether it gets an alley vacation. And I'm sure there are other factors as well. The only thing we can say for sure is "stay tuned."

Pro tip; bumping a thread to ask "what's new with this project?" - type of questions = bad SSC juju.
