9/10 I really like the lines disappearing towards the vanishing point... Almost as if its a textbook example of how to draw perspective. Its accentuated by the lack of clutter (cars, people etc) to take the eye away from the vanishing point.

I actually think the shadow is too overpowering - rather than becoming part of the scene it detracts from the lower half of the buildings.

still a very nice shot though. 7/10
