Dubai Marina 'Tall Kids' on the block
A few more views of the tall kids on the block, photos taken from Dhow Cruise ex Dubai Marina June 2007 (4 photo stitched pano needs a bit more work)
  Away from the Marina now, nipped round the corner of the Mercarto Mall to check the view to SZR and  The Burj Dubai shimmering in the mid-day Heat haze, almost looking superimposed on the skyline . . . .

Awesome work guys
Hey, this is going to be my first post on SSC, but ive been lurking around for a few months now. i have to says you guys are doing a great job, the amount of info provided by you guys is just WOW
 I dont have much knowledge of architecture, but since my last vist to Dubai ive fallen il love with the place. Everything about it is just amazing, its truly the city of the future. I would like to upload a few of my own pics i had taken last time i was there. I know my pics aint as amazing as the ones you guys have posted, so sorry. lol Jumeriah Beach Hotel Jumeriah Mosque- I think its one of the most beautifull mosques in the world SZR Emirates Towers Grand Hyatt from my hotel- Arabian park in Jaddaf Ok, how do i post images, as i cannot see mine. plz someone help. |

That is a stitched photo I'd bet....looks like the second angle doesn't match the first. Funny the first time out I didn't notice that.

a bit of background info . . .
I seem to remember the Pano was made from 5 separate photo's, unfortunately the dhow we were on rolled around a bit  making it difficult to get good consecutive shots to allow neat stitching
