I had a rather brief visit to KL last June. It was perhaps my 5th time in KL (can't even remember for sure now... but I've been to KL quite a few times ). Another short stay and another quick run around some landmark locations. It's always nice to be in KL

Jalan Alor, parallel to Jalan Bukit Bintang is an entire street dedicated to outside eating with a number of restaurants offering a veriaty of food and different cuisines

Jalan Alor is all about eating and socializing popular among foreigners and locals alike. A great place to hang around in the evening and feel some buzz

Only after taking the photo I realised there were some birds (or huge insects??) flying around the top of Petronas Towers). What on earth could that be??

Lol, are you joking. My DSLR is one of the bottom range entry level Canon cameras and the lenses (all of them) are at the very bottom of the price and quality range. I could not afford (or perhaps would not bother to spend my money on) anything else.

It is possible. I've shot such sharp images even using my basic Canon EOS 300D years ago. And that is kit lens

Despite having my "new" Canon 500D I still use my 350D (it's still alive after all those years, numerous drops on the concrete, broken flash, etc. ) with either kit lens or bottom of the range Sigma 100-300mm lens. And I am more than satisfied with their image quality. A little bit of editing and Photoshop plug-ins can help achieve some decent results.

If my photos lack anything (and they certainly do in many cases) its probably because of my own lack of skill and knowledge how to take pictures rather than camera.
