Okej je da se prebaci, tam je sve preveč nagurano. To je rađeno kad su vrijedili drugi standardi.

Kad je sagrađen tunel, onda je cesta išla samo do tog čvora?

Tunel je izgrađen 1978., a pušten u promet u rujnu 1981. zajedno s cijelom dionicom od Matulja do Lupoglava, čiji je sastavni dio bio i čvor Vranja te spojna cesta do Vozilića (danas D500). Za vrijeme Juge je izgrađena i dionica do Cerovlja, kao i započela gradnja vijadukta Limska Draga na današnjoj A9. Sve te dionice projektirane su kao dio magistralnih cesta drugog reda (znači po svojim karakteristikama odmah iza poluprofilnih "autoputeva").

Faze gradnje:
- dionica Lupoglav - Matulji, puštena u promet 1981. godine
- dionica Cerovlje - Lupoglav, puštena u promet 1988. godine
- dionica Rogovići - Cerovlje, puštena u promet 1998. godine
- dionica Kanfanar - Rogovići, puštena u promet 1999. godine
- dionica Kanfanar - Rogovići, puni profil, puštena u promet 2011. godine

Rogovići-Kanfanar su išli u kompletu do sadašnjeg Vodnjan-sjever pa se kasnije nastavilo sa Sveti Lovreč - Umag

Cerovlje-Rogovići i piše 1998. A Kanfanar-Rogovići isto mislim da je kasnije u kompletu do Vodnjana (zato trasa i je dosta drugačija od Cerovlje-Rogovići, ravnija, predviđena za 2+2), ali samo sam kopipejstao s njihove službene stranice

Ide, ide vise-manje prema planu.
Poceli su asfaltiranje nove 2 trake ovaj tjedan, pa ce kada je zavrse do kraja, prebaciti promet dvosmjerno na novu trasu i napasti staru :-)
