and in the other hands okay rapod even its quite expensive lang the price of condotel as 3 stars pero its still better than nothing., hopefully by next year i can visit cebu and stay for the sinulog 2013 i`m not from cebu but i love cebu..

Just had a talk with them today, soft launch of 2 condotel floors by next month and grand launch on the third quarter of this year.

Being an investor, hope it could yield good returns specially from a reputable hotel brand operator.

I'm a little dis appointed kay it's more than 8 months since they promised mahuman. I was just informed in December they will open on Jan 12 but haven't heard if it really did.

Sa mga condotel owners, let me know if Grand Cenia had contacted you.

Grand Cenia is almost sold out... And i think Quest will open anytime soon cause they have lighted the signage na.. its very prominent na sa skyline..

I think remaining unsold units will be still used as hotel...

Its official ... the Quest hotel (Grand Cenia) did open... How do I know? I stayed there.

Only the bottom three floors are open but the hotel was running well and was reasonably busy consiering only three floors were open. (Floors 7 - 9 open. 10 - 19 still to come).

The staff are well trained and very friendly. The restaurant and the pool are both open and I heard a suggestion that they may even open a gym (in the basement?)

The location is obviously ideal - opposite Ayala, so I at at the Terraces @ Ayala everynight (and even had a beer / listened to the band at the Marriot ...without having to pay the higher price of the Marriot).

I PURCHASED A 1BD 1 BA IN THE GRAND CENIA AND I WAS SHOCKED AS WELL THAT THERE ARE OTHERS ON MY SAME PAGE WITH DISSAPOINTMENT. THE FILINVEST FOLKS IN CEBU ARE COMPLETLY OUT TO LUNCH AND APPEAR TO BE POORLY TRAINED. THE 4/3 STAR SWITCH UP WAS A SURPRISE TO ME ALSO, WHEN ANDY C OF FILINVEST INFORMED ME AFTER I PAID FOR MY UNIT. I HAVE BEEN BATTELING THEM EVER SINCE AND HAD TO HIRE A LOCAL ATTORNEY AND THAT WAS A REAL TREAT. IT NOW APPEARS THAT THEY GOT TO THE ATTORNEY AND GOT HER TO BACK OFF OF THE CASE. WE ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!! REGARDLESS I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH FILINVEST AT ALL.

ALSO, I NOTICED IN MY UNIT THAT MY WINDOWS OF MY UNIT HAVE HUGE SCRATCHES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOWS AND THEN I SEE SOME WINDOW WASHER CLOWN HANGING FROM A METAL BASKET THAT IS BANGING UP AGAINST THE WINDOW, CREATING MORE SCRATCHES! UGGG THESE FOLKS ARE COMPLETLY CLUELESS. VERY BAD MANAGMENT, BAD TRAINING, ETC ETC....

THE LIST GOES ON I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH FILINVEST. IF ANYBODY WANTS TO COLABERATE AND FORM A CLASS ACTION PLEASE LET ME KNOW....
