went there again yesterday. just to check..ended up with another unit. anywat, 2nd phase..Palome will start around RM900++ psf from what i been told yesterday

hmm..not sure how to comment. DIBS and plenty of discount probably?

actually i came across this last year during my bday. that time i bought the studio in tower B as i got 2%+2%+2%+7% discount. early bird before official lauching

the other one...just brought my friend there. the whole block A was already sold out. just that..some of the loan got rejected, and they open back the available unit with slightly higher price. but come with additional car park. n 10%. n in my case 17%. so..just try my luck and see how it goes.

for me...probably i look at that place as the 2nd Desa ParkCity..n i always like Tropicana's project since i live in one.

Tropicana brands never go wrong. Look at their Tropicana Garden project.

wanted that...too overpriced for my budget. well..finger crossed. hopefully everything will work out.

Tropicana Metropark Paloma

Hi guys,

I just registered myself at the Tropicana Metropark website http://www.tropicanametropark.com.my/registration.php. It seems there is an early bird rebate of 13% on Paloma! I heard itís launching late October also. Anyone heard about this? Anyone check the showroom? Please let me know. Iím curious to know other peopleís opinion.

Saya informed bahawa taman pusat akan bersedia apabila kedua-dua Phase 1 - Pandora dan Phase 2 Paloma completed. Mudah-mudahan pada masa itu pelabur boleh mendapat keuntungan . Commersial, Retail, Hotel dan Shopping Mall akan dibina selepas semua Residentials selesai. Ini adalah rancangan pembangunan, tetapi mereka semua boleh berubah.

I just visited the sales galery last weekend and the pandora unit is going for 830+ psf. I registered myself on www.tropicanametropark.com.my as they are giving away 13% rebates for the Phase 2 paloma due to be launched in Mid Nov for those who register.

Wah, launching Pandora at RM550psq, in a span of 6-7 months is already at RM850psq ? So when we are looking at estimated how much when the whole Metropark is up? lol.

Back to Paloma, decent residence with all the *kemudahan's* around the development. Can I safely say is going to be another Eco Park, Desa park?

I was there today at StarProperty Fair... and they told me Paloma is preiviewing soon via an "Info Day". At least RM800psf++.

Paloma is 3 blocks, one of them is the tallest in this area. Perimetered by courtyard villa homes fronting the central park. Nice!
