Ugh Kerry Center, what a disaster. The tower is cool. But the design from street level totally sucks. Way too far from the road, too many plants, and everything oriented inward leaving huge blank walls on the street.

Also, they closed the old building in Jan 2012, all they did was change the facade and they still aren't finished. I could have built that with my own two hands in 1 and a half years.

Is Kerry Centre the one with Morgan Stanley occupying the top 10 floors and the one having Alexander Mcqueen, YSL and stuff downstairs?

Kerry Center looks so awesome. One of the best box buildings ever built in Shanghai.
