I always thought that Calatrava's hub could've look great on the place of the Memorial museum. The building could've had the very same function as the Memorial museum, because it has all the artistic flare, the wings would've looked great when perceived from every side. This is only my opinion.

However, I think it's great just as it is, after all, the steps of the future Performing Arts will have a great view on the building as it is positioned now.
