The Master Deed of Beacon (Annex E1) shows that the lobby of Arnaiz Tower is accessible only via lobby of Roces Tower. Kinda weird.

i dont know if we have the same copy but I am looking at my master deed and the annex which illusrates the ground floor shows that there are elevators on the Arnaiz Tower at GF. The pic is small but there seemed to be a driveway at GF of Arnaiz Tower which leads to its elevators.

may I ask for those who are in tower 1, who settled their units' cost to the developer thru bank financing, how is the processing of the loan documents and to what bank do you mortgaged your units? Thanks in advance.

I have the same unit but it is in the other side. A very nice unit and bright but few days ago I was informed that window type aircon is not allow to these units. They informed me after I bought an aircon and after my interior designer is done and after they approved the interior design plan and layout. I wonder who is going to pay for the damages this will cause to my unit interior design

So what type of aircon is allowed? I think it's high time that developers include the aircon in the turnover especially now that there are do's and dont's.

probabaly split-type? They probably wouldn't allow the regular window aircon units as it might ruin the bldg facade.. but didn't your ID noticed that they did not provide provision for window-type aircon units? nonetheless, they should have made this policy clear to the unitowners esp since you even had your ID plan approved by them.. This should be one of the things they were able to check when they reviewed ur ID plan.

In my experience kasi after they approved the plan lahat ng maisip kong gawin even tiny things such as paglipat ng electrical outlets tinetext ko dun said engineer. It helps para wala talaga maging problem. Pero I agree with the others, dapat nilinaw ng beacon to from the very start

They require a split type aircon. Based from what I gathered from my interior designer, there is no "abang" for it and I need to make an openning in the wall for its tubes ( iam still verifying this). Actually, they managed to install my window type aircon, the only thing they noticed is there is no outlet for the aircon in the aircon hole area. If they require split-type, should they prepare the unit so that I can just install and plug an aircon just like for the other units with window type?

But kudos to Beacon, they are now investigating why I was not notified by this and why the plan for my interior design was approved without noticing this.

Hi all,

Confirm na kailangan palitan yung aircon ko ng split type based sa Beacon. Anyway, to save myself from more headaches I decided to replace it na lang. And also Kudos to Beacon and the property for proffesionally handling this issue. So who wants to buy a Kelvinator 1.5HP window type aircon from me? Price is 16K (original is 17K+) and the unit is already in the Beacon (so no need for delivery). Thanks
