Correct de monto. Just marketing gimmick. Ujung2nya cuman bangun ruko2n rumah2. Rendernya bikin tower banyak2 supaya yang beli ruko dan rumah dgn harga mahal merasa bahwa itu masih murah..krn kalo bangun apt pasti harganya naek..hehehe

nubie ijin gabung..
A*L emng bikin harga pasaran rumah/apt di jakarta dsk jadi naik gila2an nih. Tinggal dipasang tagline "investasi"...juuuuussssss, langsung terbang harganya. Kapan org2 kecil bs punya rumah di jakarta dsk.
OOT,apakah kita nanti bisa kena subprime mortgage kyk di yah ? serem..

Reklamasi kayanya bakal terus jadi pilihan, selama minat orang untuk tinggal di 'IBUKOTA' terus membesar ya...

Yg sebelah itu golf island kan ya, patut ditunggu kolaborasi asg dan apl

G cuma ngerasa, gimana ya perasaan orang yg beli condo green bay view laut, view lautnya jadi agak agak ketutup gini ???? Hmm

tanah di jakarta masih luas kenapa harus di bangun reklamasi ya? cbd aja masih ompong. barat timur masih banyak hamparan tanah kosong.

the land for reclamation more cheaper than cbd area = yes. but how cost to build a reclamation? cubic/rupiah? is still cheaper than CBD land?

terkait lagi dengan RTRW dan masterplan kota Jakarta yang memang ada pulau2 reklamasi itu, Pulau2 itu nanti kan jadi bagian di dalam giant sea wall
