Hi Bala,

Can you tell me were are the entries an exits arms to the main carriageway.

In the pic I can only see entries and exits to service roads.

Looks like the no entry or Exit once you get in at Vandalur until you reach Nazarethpet.

At least 2 entry/exit in the middle portion will see the sorounding area develop.

How is the Southern interchange? I remember there was a report that the Vandalur Zoo entrance had to be demolished.

cofee, I coudnt go near Kundrathur area in ORR last time as some bridge work was going one. We should know in a couple of months once that bridge is complete

This road should be 4-laned all the way till Santhosapuram near Medavakkam.. and should be extended by creating green field road from Santhosapuram on Medavakkam-Tambaram road to Kelambakkam-Vandalur road at Kandigai.

1. GST - Arterial road - 6 lane road
2. Above Mount to Kandigai - 4 lane with shoulders
3. Velacherry-Medavakkam-Mambakkam - 4 lane with shoulders
4. OMR-IT Corridor MK to Kelambakkam - 6 lane
5. ECR-Thiruvanmiyur to Kovalam - 4 lane with shoulders

These 5 major road running parallel will provide excellent road grid system for southern metropolis.
