Avida Land cites strong demand for Quezon City development

Being developed as part of Vertis North, a 29-hectare project of Ayala Land near TriNoma mall, is Avida Towers Vita, a three-tower residential development of Avida Land. “Literally marking the beginning of living and lifestyle expansion in Vertis North, the overall blueprint of Avida Towers Vita aims to address the needs of young professionals and starting families who want to own their very first home within a centrally located and highly accessible… address,” the statement read. “To date, Avida Towers Vita already sold out 95% of its first tower, just a few months after its launch.”

Raquel S. Cruz, Avida Land assistant vice-president, said: “Taking off from the success of the first tower, we are now bringing Avida Towers Vita’s second tower to promote the living opportunities in this very promising urban hub.”

^I would like to believe yes. I got myself 2 units during the pre-selling period last April. I think the value would spike further when offices in the surrounding area would be erected as well.

ok naman agent ko. he he he. actually ang plan ko is when the alveo offering starts and when it fits the budget, i will let go of my 3 units (2 studio + 1 parking) to get an alveo unit. as early as 1995, I knew that there would be development in the north avenue area. It is in fact a triangle and the plan as far as memory serves me is that there's a train station where SM is attached to it. Of course politics change the course of development so it might be different now.







kaya tumatak sa isip ko na to save money for this investment of mine. so now, i am secured to have 3 units in vita.

there's an alveo guy that i am talking to and he dropped me a text na feb 2014 daw ilalabas ang LOI for alveo. I am not sure though how accurate it is but I have my funds ready na for that. although malaki naman unit space ko sa vita, i might settle for the large alveo one.

Avida Towers Vita, Final Tower selling earlier. Lots of units were taken up.

ALVEO residential by April 2014. Letter of Intents are now being collated.

i already sent my loi last year for alveo. does this mean i need to send one again? do premiere unit owners still get priority? sorry for the questions, hehe. i think my agent is still on maternity leave until march

sabi ng agent ko, wala pa raw construction permit ang vita. i am just concerned lang kasi ang nabasa ko is Q4 2013 ang start ng construction nito.

Hello, I'm on downpayment stage pa lang. 1.6m lang naman yung condo unit. Necessary ba to get credit life insurance for 20% down na nasa 300k din? If yes, do you have any idea which reputable insurance companies here in phils offer these? Thank you

@patfreak, lagi may budget yun ALI pre-selling buildings so don't worry. Maitatayo nila yan.

I bought one of the special units with the full glass windows facing the central park in Tower 3. Hopefully, site development plans won't change or else that park could be a goner.
