La première image est incroyable!! J'ai vraiment aimé ce regard ancien temple chinois.

Shrine of Our Lady of Lichen, Poland

Probably one of the most controversial modern structures in Poland, EU. Designed by Barbara Bielecka &Co. from Gdansk Institute of Technology, erected 1994, finished 2004 as the biggest catholic church/temple in Poland. Lichen is a small village in Greater Poland, since 1970s it has been developed to one of the biggest catholic sanctuaries in Europe. New Temple in Lichen sets the tone for the whole complex. One of the most impressive things is, that it has been build from donations only.

Tower height: 141,5 m.

Amber Palace in Wloclawek, Poland, EU.

Amber Palace, located in decayed, postmilitary area of this 115 000 pop city in Central Poland (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship) is a luxury hotel, but it also serves as a home for foundations donated by its owner and creator, businessman Krzysztof Gradziel. By the mainstream neomodern architectural critique Amber Palace is totally condemned as a faux-style pastiche, but its role in redevelopment of Wloclawek has been hardly no discussed or even recognized.

Construction: 2007-2009.

Can't see anything pastiche about this either. :dunno:

Of course it lacks patina, but the proportions and details seem apt, from the looks of it. Good job actually.
I agree :) Perhaps portico could be better? Interiors do not fit the standard of the external architecture, I think.

Outstanding!
More from Lichen:

General overview from the old sanctuary, which is unfortunatelly a kitschy place.

Architect Barbara Bielecka describes the core of Lichen Shrine as an attempt - grounded on rather simple semiotics and fenomenology - to translate Magnificat Hymnus into architecture.

Many sculptors and painters participated in this project, f.e. Dei Gratia Workshops.

Warsaw Suburban Villas, Poland, EU

This time I would like to show some interesting residences, located in Warsaw Metro Area and created between 1990s and 2000s by rich Polish investors, according to sketches of Andrzej Grzybowski, an amateur-architect and let me say, old-fashion gentlemann of Polish prewar gentry.

Zosin Estate, construction 1999, after demolition of suburban villa from the lat 19th century. Gothic Revival structure, with many different style solutions in interiors, finished around 2006.

Palace on the Water, Konstancin, construction around 2001, finished ca. 2006. Luxury palace located in Konstancin holiday resort, a suburban SPA area of Warsaw established in the 1890s. Modeled after famous Warsaw Palace on the Water in Lazienki Park, a royal residence from the late 18th century.

Palace in Bielawa, a suburban settlement nearby Konstancin and American School (background). One of the most controversial private investments around 2005 in Warsaw Metro Area, because it is located ona a swamp (!), area of Natura 2000 landscape protection park. The biggest residence designed in concept by Andrzej Grzybowski. I do not own any photos of detailed pieces of craftsmanship and decoration of those houses, but they are impressive. Unfortunately, their owners rather do not care about their urban and social context.

Zakopane, Kominiarski Wierch Guesthouse, Poland,EU

Last but not least, among Polish architects you can find the one who has undertaken a complicated task to refresh XIX-century "zakopianski style" architecture of Podhale and Zakopane, a popular winter resort in Tatra Mountains, where artists and architects around 1900 invented a folk-inspired, nationalist "architecture of the Zakopane tradition". Today architect Sebastian Piton makes his eccentric projects in Zakopane and around, searching for inspiration between his homeland region and A. Gaudis'c creations:

Revival or not, it resembles some historical style (considered as an invented tradition) of architecture in Poland.
