Some time ago about 2014 there was shown interesting concept of rebuilding area of Defilad squere in Warsaw.I'm just curious what is your opinion about it. It is good to notice that the idea is showing participation of US with Donald Trup business in developing the Warsaw city core. Here are some links about it:
A very favorable development time for Poland is coming. Time in which the geopolitical and economic situation gives an opportunity to establish us on the world map as the CENTER of Europe and maybe in the future of Eurasia. Great powers such as the United States, China or Russia, but also the countries of old Europe, despite many discrepancies in their own policies, are subject to globalization. This tendency causes that countries scattered all over the globe depend on many international systems and systems that give the feeling that life on Earth becomes one great community. In the future life in the world will have designated economic and cultural centers and countries will stop playing a protective role for nations. All this thanks to accelerated communication and the Internet (electronic space) which gives a sense of "global village". What future, then?
Nations are mixed up and AREAS will be established all over the world as representations of new local communities centered around former states in cities as their centers focusing life and management for a long time. Distinguishing between areas (mega-cultural regions) will be based on the history of the given countries, countries that will create such an area.

Concepts such as region, tradition, customs will continue to exist and will enrich the given global area. It can be more easily stated that it is the continents that will play the role of global areas. The largest such single area is Europe and Asia as a coherent and the largest part of the world. It will be called EUROAZJA in the future. In such a vast area, cultural integration can not be introduced and this is not what global globalization will be all about, but that the state-regions (the so-called united states of BIS) should pursue consistent global interests and policies that serve their regions.

As a country located in the center of the continent, Poland will be such an economic and cultural center integrating the great Eurasia. Therefore, it is worth considering how it could look like? What would Poland be like in such an organized world? What would be the benefit of the inhabitants of our region? As I have already mentioned, global areas will not be smothering cultural differences in the region. On the contrary, the richer the region in diversity, the more interesting it can be on Earth. That is why cultural identification is so important and will be. Concepts such as common history, faith, tradition, customs, architecture, construction, art will be elements of space and creativity.

Assuming that Poland with its capital will play a huge role in the system of global centers in the world, we need to propose the appearance of a new CITY OF THE FUTURE for Warsaw. The proposal of the center of the future Eurasian metropolis is to concentrate all representations of large global areas in Warsaw. Such forms of expositions of these representations would be multifunctional skyscrapers in large cities, but also the newest airports in the region which would be the new planned central airport in Poland. As for the center of Warsaw, every skyscraper skyscraper would have some form characteristic of a given global representation. Our cultural area as the quintessence of European culture should also have such an image in the world. Such architectural showcase in tower construction could be CHRISTIANITY TOWER of Eurasia CENTER. Conglomerate of architecture based on design / ornamentation of churches from all European countries at the new town square as SYMBOL. In the EU, it would be the largest urban square among European capitals, and the highest skyscraper in a global sub-area such as SLAVIANLANDIA. (The division into sub-areas that comprise the regions (states) of former states, designated for Eurasia, would have to exist because of the size of this mega-continent as well as different cultures and religions. , ... .etc.)
I found it interesting to discuss about a trend in urbanisation and architecture in Warsaw in Poland.
