SIN - CGK on SQ 380......very possible as short rotation flight before it goes off again somewhere in Europe or US. Just like the 345. SQ did ask Airbus to do a feasibility study on CGK long ago for A 380. That time A 380 can only use the 60 m-width runway - now it has been approved for the 45 m width runway which CGK has.

But i think it's just a stupid idea to deploy an A380 for a short rotation flight...

It's actually ready..but hasn't been officialy tested... we do have problem in providing Aerobridges for the second floor of A380..no pier in CGK have it...

Emang 2nd floor harus pake aerobridges yah ?????

Umm,,, pake Satellite bus aja.... Parkirkan pesawatnya di posisi OFF TERMINAL ... Pertanyaannya apakah Apronnya muat untuk A380 ....

Pake donk....

Kalo ga salah...EK & SQ itu pernah rencana untuk pake A380, entah ke CGK ato ke DPS....

Mestinya, CGK dengan rating runway & apron kalo ga salah 80RDWT, bisa untuk menampung A380....

IMO Kayanya lebih berpeluang EK untuk make A380 ke DPS deh...

Well, aq pernah lihat ANTONOV yang mesin jetnya cuman 4 biji, dengan livery FEDERAL EXPRESS terparkir dengan sempurna di Bandara Hang Nadim, Batam ... persis di depan hangar untuk KARGO ...

Dan u know what,, persis di sebelah pesawat ANTONOV itu terparkirlah , Fokker28 Merpati tujuan Pekanbaru :p .... What an embarassment!!!!

Well, sekarang Merpati udah B737 semua untuk sebagian besar rute SUmatra

btw, ngomongin CN-235, g jadi inget, ada cerita tentang pelatih Marching band g..

Dulu dia pernah naek CN-235 dari Jakarta - Semarang...pas mau landing di Semarang, si pilot ngomong :


" Perhatian, smua penumpang dimohon untuk tidak panik. Pesawat akan memutar kembali karena gagal landing "
Pilot.. ( jadi tu pesawat Go round lagi )

" Tenang tenang..smua tenang ya... ( dengan nada panik ) " Pramugari2...

Saat itu, udah banyak yang doa..ibu2 disebelah pelatihku udah ampe baca ayat apaa gitu... dibelakangnya ada yang histeris...


ga lama kemudian..si pilot ngomong lagi :


" Pendaratan yang ke-2 kembali gagal, pesawat akan kembali memutar. Sekali lagi, dimohon untuk tidak panik " Pilot..

" Bapak-bapak, ibu-ibu, smuanya tenang..semua masih dalam kendali.. ( nadanya tambah panik ) " Pramugari...

Yang doa makin kenceng, yang baca ayat apalagi, yang teriak-teriak ya satu dua...


Akhirnya pesawat berhasil landing...


begitu berhenti, pintu terbuka, regu penyelamat masuk untuk mengevakuasi...

hal pertama yang dikatakan adalah :

" Tenang smuanya, ini sudah sering terjadi di maskapai kami... "

pelatih MB-ku langsung bersumpah :

" Saya nggak mau naik ******* ( <- nama maskapai.. ) lagi !! "

Itu cerita serius tuh CeN ??? Serem amat yak ....

Soalnya, selama aq naek tuh CN235 taon 1990-an dulu,, fine2 aja tuh pesawat ..hehehehe,, emang sihh banyak kasus CN 235 kembali lagi ke airport stelah take-off, karena masalah teknis :p ...

pernah tuh waktu zaman krisis, ada Merpati Rute Bandung-Palembang-Batam-Pontianak-Batam-Pekanbaru-Medan.... sebelumnya sih mereka pake Fokker 100 , tapi pas krisis dituker ma CN 235,, keluarga ku udah sering tuh... udah diantar ke Airport (BATAM),, minta dijemput lagi ... soalnya itu tadii ,, burung Merpati nya perlu diperbaiki ..hehehehe ... Merpati oh merpati,,, (ngakunya) JEmbatan Nusantara (jaman baheula dulu)

Sekarang untuk rute2 Pesawat Trans-Sumatra itu,, udah diterbangi ma AIrline lain.. Tapi sekarang rutenya lebih simple ...

Benar ternyata kalo IN-FLIGHT Meal nya GARUDA INDONESIA itu bergantung jarak & durasi FLIGHT nya ...



Last time (taon 2003 maksudna) CGK - DPS pake IN-FLIGHT MEAL disajikan dengan tray ...

Semua flight CGK-PKU dan CGK-BTH yang pernah aq alamin .... selalu disajikan dengan TRAY ... *AceN mode

Nih baru dapat dari INDOFLYER

CGK - Palembang *Flight Duration: 50 minutes *IN-FLIGHT MEAL: pake BOX !!!
