TP V = very wow! hebat... setelah TP V apa masih ada lahan lagi utk TP selanjutnya ? Mall koq bisa saingan ama sinetron stripping... X 5

Wow! Saya sampe speechless! Tapi di background nya semua nya sama kecuali ada gedung yg rada tinggi dan gede. koq begitu ya?

Masih ada lahan lagi koq yg di rendering itu jadi taman. Apa bener gedung Go Skate juga hilang ya? Dibeli Pakuwon kah ato gua salah liat masih disono?

lahan yang dibuat taman itu bukannya emang lahan pakuwon yang sekarang dipakai parkiran, baru sebelahnya lagi Go skate dan UFO. CMIIW

LJ Discovery aslinya di belakang condominium regensi tunjungan city di rendering tsb.

oh iya tapi kenapa kok ilang ya gedung LJ Discoverynya pa karena foto dulu x ya jadi gedungnya masih pendek jadi ga keliatan alias ketutupan gedung condo

menurutku kalo misal gedung go skate dah terbeli pakuwon mending di bangun theme park tuk nyaingi theme park trans studio daripada dibikin taman cos secara mall dah phase lima, gedung hotel dah ada, office dan apartemen jg dah ada so pa lagi kl ga tinggal indoor theme parknya

Saat ini sudah ada sekitar 30 tenant yang masuk waiting list untuk mengisi TP 5 Mall. 3 di antaranya anchor tenant. Selebihnya merupakan tenan fashion apparel berkelas butik. TP 5 Mall bakal menjadi master piece Pakuwon Group untuk sektor ruang ritel. Secara kelasnya di atas TP 1-4 (jika tdk ada revisi di sana-sini, biasanya owner suka ikut rembuk masalah beginian )

3 anchor tenants? pastinya SOGO bukan? di berita, SOGO yang di TP4 bakal diperluas sampai TP5..

gua koq semakin yakin gedung Go Skate itu akan jadi taman!? So ada kemungkinan Pakuwon telah membeli Go Skate!?

btw, gk keliatan 50 lantai kalo dilihat dr renderingnya.. apa mungkin mereka menghilangkan lantai 4,13,14,24,34,44? 46 lantai sepertinya ...

yg menarik, terlihat tahapan dari TP ini. TP 1 cuman 9-10 lt, lalu TP 2 ada office sekitar 17 lt, lalu TP 3 ada Hotel Sheraton dan Condo Regensi sekitar 27 lt. Lalu TP 4 kena badai resesi dan sekarang TP 5 dgn 50 lt. So moga2x TP 6 dgn 60-70 lt!?

hehehe analisa yang bagus... Jadi konsep office dan condonya mirip dengan Trilium yah dijadikan dalam satu gedung kenapa gak hotelnya sekalian dijadikan satu gedung kan lumayan 50 lantai ditambah lagi lantai untuk hotelnya 10an lantai total 60 lantai hahahah....

Anyway semoga tenant2nya benar2 bisa dipilih menjadi yang berkelas sehingga bisa menyaingi dan melengkapi mall2 baru yang sudah duluan hadir di Surabaya seperti GC, LenMarc dan upcoming CWS.

Operator hotel dan condonya belum ada ya mam hilda??
