Podbrežje – Low cost multi building housing (2000 apartments) – Mayor Bandić Program. Approximately 30 apartment buildings.
Projekt Tuškanova - will be finished until the end of 2009.
RIS Factory site – 700 units in 12 new apartment blocks in Vrapče locality at the base of the Medvednice Mountains.
Oranice Apartments – 756 new apartments being built by Profectus in 7 buildings, mainly 4-8 levels. Oranice was recently semi rural. It will soon have 7200 new apartments with 20,000 new residents.
New Jarun apartment complex (13 buildings) – 2.8 hectare site next to Jarun Lake.
Sesvetski Kraljevac (Naselje Iver) - Degrad is building 1000 apartments in 25x 4 level apartment blocks that will house 3000 new residents. In addition the estate will include a school, sports hall, small shopping centre, swimming pool amongst other public facilities. A new rail station is also planned for Sesvetski Kraljevac to provide quick public transportation access into central Zagreb

Project has been in the planning since 1998.

Cesarčeva Street – New apartment-retail block planned off Ban Jelačić Square. 5 levels at a cost of 70 million euros. A new 700 parking station planned underneath. Total 14,400 sqm projected by ZaBa, Konstrukto & IGH.
Hvarska-Vukovarska Apartment Complex – Highrise apartment towers primarily on Vukovarska Street.
Old Trnje Redevelopment – Block bound by Slavonska Avenue-Hrvatska Bratska Zajednica-Sava River to see the demolition of old neighbourhood replaced by new 9 level multiple building housing project with 3100 apartments. 43.5 hectare site.
HUP Project at Bundek Lakes – Location beside Museum of Contemporary Arts. 21.4 hectare site for multiple 9 levels buildings. To house 6400 new residents.
Kaufland Residential-Retail Project – Location at Gornja Dubrava on former bus factory. 22 million euros with 150 units.

Ibler Passage – New luxury retail arcade in the heart of Zagreb city centre linking Vlaska & Marticeva Streets, 50 boutiques over 4300 sqm.25 million euros being spent by firm Braxae.

Zagreb Fair – Huge shopping and entertainment complex next to Zagreb Exhibition Complex. 250 million euro project will see reconstruction of existing buildings and new ones built. Completion by late 2009. Planned are 15,000 sqm congress facilities, 34,400 sqms of hotel, 65,000 sqm of parking, 13,500 addition exhibition space, 12,000 sqm retail and 10,000 sqm of commercial office space. Zagreb Metro – Light Metro with 4 lines, underground in the city centre and either on or above-ground on the outskirts; construction planned to commence in 2009. Expected cost between 600 million to 1.1 billion euros. Creation of 2 main lines – north-south (Podsljeme-Buzin) and east-west (Dubec-Malešnica).
Bundek Bridge – Spanning Sava River to connect Ulica Republike Njemačke with New Zagreb - In Planning, 2007-08 start likely. To be the biggest and most spectacular of all Zagreb bridges.
Crnomerec Bridge – another bridge spanning the Sava river is planned.
Most Mladosti – Bridge widening.
Zagreb Northern Bypass – Northern half of ring road; will greatly relieve traffic in the Pod-Sljeme region of Zagreb and provide quicker connections to the motorway network. Projected at 340 million euros. To be built in stages between 2009-2015. 27 kms long from Zapresic interchange to Popovec. 60 percent will be on viaducts and tunnels.
Sljemenska Cable Car – Redevelopment of existing service with new cars and an extension towards current tram terminus. 5kms in length once finished.
Medvednica Tunnel – New northern motorway that passes beneath Medvednice Mountains behind Zagreb. Approximately 380 million euros.
Vukovarska Avenue – extension towards Sesvete.
Zagreb na Savi – Huge Sava River re-development to regulate river flow and hence allow new residential and commercial development right up on the riverfront on both banks. A new exciting project that will change the look of Zagreb for ever

okay, budući da na listi ima preko 1000 projekata, nisam ih mogao sve provjeriti (em što još uvijek imam gripu, a niti imam toliko vremena ), pa bih molio ostale forumaše da mi pošalju PM ili nek napišu ako sam gdje pogrješio, pa ću ispraviti.

Ako se kod nas primjeni izracun nezaposlenosti na nacin primjenjem pravilima ILOa dodatno ce se pogorsati struktura onog non-employment ratea koji sam spominjao (postotak nezaposlenih u broju ljudi koji ne rade, a sposobni su raditi se smanjuje, a postotak ljudi koji ne traze posao se povecava, ali i dalje ostaje isti broj ljudi koji ne rade, a sposobni su raditi) - dakle ogroman problem neiskoristenih ljudskih resursa i dalje postoji. Ne moze ga se ukloniti drugacijim utvrdjivanjem broja nezaposlenih iako ce prividno (opet ekonomski nepismenim novinarima i posredno sirokoj masi ljudi) izgledati kao da je nezaposlenost niza.

Sluzbena stopa zaposlenosti u HR je niska, to nije nikakva novost. O nesluzbenoj bi se dalo podugo razgovarati, jer od zraka, kako znamo, se ne zivi
Kad sam prosle godine posjetio gradiliste zagrebacke Arene, hrvatski jezik skoro da nisam niti cuo! Hebiga, ocito su nasi ljudi prefini za takve poslove, a s druge strane kukaju, no dobro. Eto to je jedan od razloga niske zaposlenosti - nefleksibilnost, nemotiviranost, skoro nepostojeca mobilnost, pa cak i ljenost usudio bih se reci, a ne manjak radnih mjesta. Tko zeli raditi uvijek ce naci posao, ali probaj ti to utuviti u tvrde rvacke glave

Jos jednom, kad se primjeni ILO metoda, nezaposlenost u HR iznosi izmedju 8-9 posto, a kak ce bit poslije ove krize tko zna .
Da naglasim jos jednom, to je sve samo statistika koja se iz svakog kuta moze drugacije tumaciti. Znaci tu govorimo o stopi nezaposlenosti, a ne zaposlenosti!

Probaj si na netu naci podatke o nezaposlenosti u SK za 2004 ili 2005 godinu, mislim da je ona iznosila nekih 14 posto. a odjednom ona iznosi duplo manje!?

Izvoz Slovacke 30 milijardi eura (karikiram), od toga 25 milijardi zahvaljujuci sklapanju proizvoda po inozemnim "know how" receptima za te iste inozemne tvrtke, wow, i to se naravno racuna pod izvoz Slovacke. Plati se radnike 500 eura, nesto drzavi od poreza, i to je to u kratkim crtama. Super. Vazno da se spominju teske milijarde, a nitko niti ne razmislja cije su to ustvari milijarde i gdje one uistinu zavrse
Jel ti znas da ta Slovacka nema domaci nacionalni lanac supermarketa, tipa Plodine, Pevec, Konzum itd, toliko o duhu lokalnog poduzetnistva.

Hrvatska, za razliku od ovih ipak ne ovisi o greenfield investicijama vec se vecinski brine za sebe vlastitim kapacitetima.

Hrvatska se vecinski brine za sebe vlastitim kapacitetima?!? a kojim to!? gdje to kod nas pokrenuta neka proizvodnja unazad 20 godina, a da nije dio vec postojecih konzorcija koji su djelovali i prije 1990-ih? osim mozda nexe grupe i njih jos par, ne mogu se nikoga sjetiti. kako to da Hrvati (Nexe) mogu napraviti crijep, ali ne mogu npr. lavabo (ne računam Inker koji nema nikakav ozbiljan tržišni udio i čije proizvode nitko ne kupuje!)

Ne vidim ništa loše u greenfield investicijama...zapošljava se radna snaga, stvara se kakva takva (niža) srednja klasa..u izgradnji se zapošljavaju hrvatske firme, angažiraju se naši suradnici...ne razumijem u čemu je problem.

samo da dodam vječnu dogmu o stranim ulaganjima u istočnu europu: strana "ulaganja" u hrvatsku su osim par iznimaka (benetton, rockwool) uvijek samo preuzimanja već dobro uhodalih kompanija po niskoj cijeni (da bi se krpao proračun), a nikada greenfield tj. od temelja do krova investicija! po broju greenfield projekata smo vjerojatno na začelju liste...

možda je zagreb za industriju preskup, ali ne znači da je i jedna slavonija, sisak, gospić i sl. gdje su stope nezaposlenosti iznimno visoke, a depresija vrlo duboka - skoknite malo do slavonije!

pa što ako i nemaju...što sam ja kao potrošač dobio jednim Konzumom koji se i dalje vodi (sasvim prirodno) tržišnim interesima i kupio jeftinu stranu hranu u rinfuzi i pakira u svoje brendove...ali zato se mogu kladiti da strani lanci kupuju hranu proizvedenu u slovačkoj, no možda sam i u krivu...ko zna

ali poanta je: lanci supermarketa, bili oni hrvatski ili strani, su samo distribucija i trgovina a od toga niti jedna ekonomija ne živi. A zbog toga je naša pred bankrotom! proizvodnja, proizvodnja, proizvodnja...bilo da je industrijska ili je u sektoru usluga, ali to gradi ekonomija a ne "Plodine", "Lidl", "Billa" i sl.

A da bi stvar bila zanimljivija, još nikad nisam na skijanju susreo poljaka, mađara, čeha a kamoli slovaka. Što je najkomičnije...hrvati koji na skijanje spizde par tisuća kuna, sa nula kuna u novčaniku još pri povratku stanu u graz u shopping i potroše 500 eura (naravno, to sve ide u minus ali koga briga uopće). e da, takvi smo ti mi hrvati.
haha da nažalost jesmo. ali Hrvati ne plaćaju porez, doprinose i svoja dugovanja (drugim firmama, suradnicima na ugovore, ne orijavljuju u stalni radni odnos i sl.) jer sistem ne radi kak spada! to govorim iz svog iskustva..DRŽAVA NE RADI SVOJ POSAO. kako da ja nekoga platim, kada svoja dugovanja ne mogu nadmiriti npr. mjesecima? i što da radim? da idem na sud? svakako, odvjetnike plaćam, a spor će se odužiti godinama. I onda u toj atmosferi neizvjesnosti, zadužiš se - ne da bi investirao, već da bi pokrivao ono što ti drugi duguju! a ako meni fakture kasne po nekoliko mjeseci (da kasne i mjesec dana, nikada nisi siguran) kako da ja npr. zaposlim još radnika i budem siguran da ću im moći isplaćivati plaće sa jednim od najviših nameta u europi!?!? a ako ne zaposlim još ljudi, kako ću razvijati posao...i tako u krug. Eto, to je veliki biznis u Hrvata, gdje svi misle da su ulozi wall street jastrebova, a ekonomija je primitivna i zaostala (financ. tržište krajnje rudimentarno i ograničeno, što nas je sad i spasilo) i prema nedavnim istraživanjima ocijenjena kao "represivna"...
hehe. poanta je, država nije uspjela postaviti dobar "framework" u kojoj bi poslovanje moglo prosperirati, a to joj je zadaća. država je ovdje radi nas, a ne obratno.

Nije uopce bitno, niti mi je bila namjera ulaziti u nekakve debate o hrvatskim trgovackim lancima, a jos manje ih dizati u nebesa. Samo sam dao primjer u kontekstu lokalnog poduzetnistva.
I da, slazem se ja s proizvodnjom, dapace, ali primarno baziranoj na domacoj pameti, a ne biti jeftina radna snaga nekoj zapadnoj firmi sto je trend u Srednoj/Istocnoj Europi. Jer kad apetiti narastu stavlja se kljuc u bravu i trazi se jos jeftinija radna snaga koja donosi profit.

Hrvatska je pred bankrotom od 7. stoljeca
Vec hebenih 18 godina slusam o tom bankrotu, a nikak da se dogodi...

Eh kad vec govorimo o bankrotu, eno ti susjedna industrijska velesila izvoznica Madjarska.

Sto se tice rasprave, stvarno je vec OT. Zagreb je usputno spomenut dvaput, a izgradnja skoro nigdje. Eventualno da ju prebacite na Economic news ili u Cafe.

Usput, kinski, bez uvrede, al daj pliz koristi Multi-quote ak hoces nekoliko postova komentirat, ili Edit ako zelis nesto dodat u vec objavljeni post, nemoj 4 posta za redom pisat. Fala unaprijed.

Vec mi je prije Masonac pokazal ovaj banner i onda sam mu ga pohvalio, a i ponovno cu. Odlican banner i stvarno naslovnica kakvu ova najjaca dretva u Hrvata na SSCu (i jedna od prvih) i zasluzuje . Koliko sam uspio pregledati projekti su manje-vise okej, ali mogu i nesto dodati - Kod Uredskih prostora pod Ostalo stoji Svetica Office Building – 9 levels => mozes promjenit naziv u Grand Svetice. Plus jos mozes dodati pod Residential buildings - Completed Residential building Ivanicgradska/Turopoljska (sad nisam ziher jel ima 6 ili 7 katova - to cu prebrojat ovih dana pa cu javit).

Kaj se tice ekonomske rasprave o RH vidim da su se neki bunili pa je prebacujem na Croatia Economic News thread mada ja ne vidim to kao totalni OT posto se to direktno tice i Zagreba koji cini 1/3 hrvatskog gospodarstva.
