TALAGa NAMAN PINACLOSED NYO PA ANG The Exchange Regency Thread kahit anong pagtatago sa BAHO nyo sisingaw at sisingaw yan.Sa mga bibili palang ng unit **** check nyo muna ang thread ng the exchange regency asa completed project na ngaun.Kung gusto nyo ng sakit ng ulo at batong parang pinupokpok ang ulo nyo swak na swak 2

You are absolutely right Frank, I wonder how NVI has got the guts to start on a new project and mind you allowed by government authorities to start on a new project when they left a trail of disgusted, betrayed, fooled, robbed clients who were left helpless by their greed and arrogance in their Exchange Regency Project in Pasig.

I think dapat tawagan ng pansin ang mod para buksan ulit ang thread ng exchage regency. Tas post dapat ng pictures na hindi pa talaga tapos ang project nila kaya hindi dapat ilagay sa completed projects....

siguro naman wla pang LICENSE TO SELL OR TEMPORARY LICENSE TO SELL 2 kaya di pa pwedeng magbenta basi yan sa HLRUB rules.

You're right mail boxes nga not yet operational. All elevators ala pa permit to operate. fire exit stairs napakasukal pa at napakarumi, leaks on windows and walls still being repaired, patches on cracks on external walls causing leaks to the units still in progress, elevator cars not working still a regular happenings, etc. Yan ba ang tapos?

try nyo mag email sa customer service nila kung may sasagot the worst customer serivice [email protected] nag post pa nga sila na mag email lang daw at sasagot sila pro magsasayang ka lang ng oras mo at kakapindot sa keyboard mo at wlang sasagot.

so does that mean they wont allow unit owners to pull out their units from the condotel system? pwede ba yun? you own the unit naman so you have control over its usage...

All I can say is that NVI is not communicating well to their clients.. plus they do not tell the truth at all.

Hello condotel investor by Monday marerecieve nyo na ang 1st income distribution for the month of OCT. ang pinakakahintay na income distribution 940 pesos for my 24.5 sqm for a month me di makakabili ng isang sako ng bigas. 940/30 lalabas 31 pesos lang per day ang kinikita ng unit ko. Ganito kabulok ang investment na napasok natin mga condotel investor.Samantalang magkano ang mga sinusweldo ng managers nila at saan kinukuha ang mga sweldo nila kund sa units natin mga investor . 31 pesos ano mabibili nyan pamasahe palang papunta sa office nila di ka na makkabalik pauwi.

ARTICLE II

2.3 Termination for Cause -Upon breach by either party (the “defaulting party”) of the material term of this Agreement or violation by the said party of any law or ordinance, or, when in the opinion of the Agent the continuance of the Rental Pool Program is no longer economically feasible, the non-defaulting party or the Agent, as the case may be, may terminate this Agreement by serving a written notice of termination to the other party thirty (30) days prior to its effective date. The defaulting party may remedy the breach of the term of this Agreement or violation of any law or ordinance prior to the date the termination takes effect.

Grabe!!! Mabuti nalang pala hindi ako nagkamali kumuha at that time ng unit sa condotel pool. Imagine kumita na si NVI sa pagbenta ng unit, kumikita parin sila ng mas malaki sa pagpaparenta ng unit thru the condotel scheme while the unit owner getting crumbs, and mind you tied ka for 5 f__ng years!!! A grand machination!!! Would advise all condotel unit owners to unite and put an end to NVI's greed!!!

Dear co-condotel investor eto ang latest sa investment natin sumagot si NVI kung bakit maliit ang narecieved na income share natin ang paliwanag nila ang reason dahil 3 floors palang ang nag ooperate out 9 floors at ang 5 floors ay pagaari nila. ang kinikita ng 3 floors ay dinidistibute sa 9 floors na 5 floors ang pag aari nila.Lalaki lang daw ang kita once na matapos ang another 6 floors? helloooo kailan pa matatapos yan another 2 years delay panibagong paghihintay na naman. Bakit di nila muna ibigay ang lahat ng income sa 4 floors na pagaari ng investor saka na nila kunin ang share nila pag na complete na nila ang 9 floors total sila naman ang may kasalanan hindi ang investors.Ang masakit pa dito pinagkakitaan nila ang units natin samantala tyo wla man lang pakinabang.

Regarding naman sa 50% discount sa unit owner eto ang published rate nila 7000 pesos per night sa deluxe room sino ba naman ang sira ulo na mag check in sa knila ng 7000 per night eh samantalang 4 star hotel lang sila e di sa 5 star hotel nlang ako mag check in may restaurant pa sa loob at full amenities.Kapag condotel owner ka ang magiging pernight mo 3500 pesos per night kung walkin ka naman at di ka condotel owner ganon parin ang babayaran mo 3500 pesos per night aksi dahil daw sa promo. A no pa at nag invest ako ng milyun milyun kung pareho lang ang babayaran ko investor ka man or hindi. USELESS TALAGA ANG INVESTMENT NA 2 KAYA PARA DI MABIKTIMA ISA ETONG BABALA SA MGA PAPASOK PALANG.

Napakadaming matinong developer at magagandang project na pwedeng pagpilihan mas mura at maasahan wag lang eto . Sakit sa ulo at atake sa puso ang aabutin dito.

Condominium Certificate of Titles should be ready and in individual units owner's names latest April 2013. That's if you have signed the controversial/contestable Deed of Absolute Sale before the year 2012 ends.
