That's a pretty big step I guess, though I heard many Parisians aren't that fond of the Eiffel Tower themselves.

One thing is clear - It is all happening in the city: apartments, scooters, café bars, live/work loft space. The urban renaissance has opened the door for a generation of café-dwelling, scooter-riding, European-city-breaking out of a diverse population to live the urban lifestyle without needing to be a stock exchange high flyer. Has no one ever heard of regeneration chic? Suburbia is so 20th Century.

It's the giant blue turd.

Possibly the ugliest building of the moment.
$5 fun time.

It's certainly not the ugliest in my books but at the same time I can't say I'm too impressed by it, but then I'm not a big fan of 'blobby' towers.
Check out Urban Melbourne for your Melbourne Development fix.
