Maybe not infill but 2 x 3 added to rear of 8 x 2 older at the front in Mary Street.

https://www.facebook.com/pg/New-Cour...0983804/posts/

The rear features spectacular city views.

I thought the trees were holograms. It's an art installation about climate change. Painting the shadows on the ground is going a bit far though iyam.

murdoch would be one of the last places I'd think about living. Every time I drive down south street, the whole area just feels so dry and dead

there are worse suburban areas for that sort of money imo. its easy to get to the city and freo, there are decent school and obviously uni options, food options are good especially if youre from asia and SEA in particular and there are lots of employment opportunities if youre either a teacher or in healthcare

suburban living isnt for me but i can see why murdoch might appeal for some

Agree.

Rather live in South Geraldton. Murdoch just seems so forced to me.

I'd probably go Cockburn TBF, minimise the footprint and all. Cockburn is still a fair distance from the coast. We've got a house on the como/manning border, not far from McDougall Park, and honestly, I love that area for what it is

The lady on the balcony looks creepy.

Reminds me of the movie "The Grudge".

What's the deal with all the wasted space on top of Level 4? Painted roof which could be better used as common garden space or private outdoor areas for the people on Level 5?

They always try to make these dead spaces look like people friendly space, when it's clearly not so it's weird. What's going on on the top floor looks like someone trying to drag a dead body to the balcony to throw it ove .

I like the scooter riders with a death wish, hooning past on the wrong side of the road.

Although they are avoiding the lady about to step on to the road without looking due to phone use.

To add to the list of what's going wrong with the render:

Cyclist staring at chick's ass.

And I'm not a fan of disparate heights of the couple on the left - that's right, I'm a heightist

So you have someone disposing of a dead body upstairs, and a creepy evil spirit looking out from the balcony.

With the overgrown garden, it looks like the property could've been abandoned for a long time, a haunted apartment.

The woman walking into complex on the ground floor doesn't know what she is getting herself into.

I do wonder how much the architect/developer/designer/whoever paid Adidas for permission to use their logo in the renders (assuming they actually got permission at all
