You are right,
Now with the Ritz, which i hope will be a landmark building and the Central Suan Lum they need to really surprise us, just the location is not enough, its not the best area now, they need to change the area with their design and concept.
Lets hope for something more special

WOOOWWW!! Its right very next to my door!
I have seen that area was 99% cleared out for a while (just 1 โรงรับจำนำ remaining that seems to be not going to move out easily). Just don't believe my eyes that it will be something 70+ storey! Holy shit! so the only left crucial part is how exactly its height?., come on!!

PS. I am sure will keep updating picture on the site to you guys if anything happen, starting from tomorrow!.

with my roughly sneak & peek, I think the yellow highlighted area are already cleared.
there is also another one big plot area available up north to the Wat Suthiwararam School. anyone have an idea what is going to happen there?

But definitely ...with 75 storey high, it's already among the most awesome projects right now... i think.

Nice height and good addition to Thonbur skyline. IMO I would prefer different podium design though, something that address the river a bit better. Like a small cove or something.

There may be more basements' floors, I think.
