OH thats a little bit too short in my opinion because the Met is 69 storeys with 228 meters so this building with 75 storeys it should be around the same as the River, but anyway it's not that bad, Bangkok's gonna get another 200+ meters building .

I understand it will have 1 tower and 4 low rise buildings , the hotels will occupy 2 of the low rise buildings.

lease secured by mortgage on title deed (or just contract options to renew lease 30+30+30+9+construction period)??

and residences managed by the hotel brand??

[btw, straight 99-year lease on back of a chanote is legally controversial because of 30 year lease limit, but I have heard some land dept officers allow the notation on the chanote...interesting to see if it is legal and enforceable]
