Really nice! There seem to be so many new constructions in Nairobi, the boom is definitely on the same level as any other EA city.

Definately the real estate is on steroids but Iam yet to see substantial urban renewal projects and corresponding 30+ towers U/C as our peers.

MkateWaMayai your absolutely right, the location is just pathetic, i mean couldn't they get a proper piece of land instead of squeezing it in such a small space! Anyway, maybe because it's next to the Parklands Plaza, it might not look so bad afterall!

that final render looks ok
well it's still a normal hotel, but at least they payed some attention to the esthetic and arhcitectural quality...

Thats parklands plaza in the background. Its pretty big, this photo doesnt do it justice. Westlands commercial house is behind parklands plaza from this view.
