Yes, "real" twins would've been better - now there's only a main tower with an additional building of around 31 floors. Though Emirates (Park) Towers were always out of reach on the "Dubai twins ranking", the rendering was very promising. So I was looking forward to towers with extreme proportions, but in fact such a distorted slice-thin slenderness only could've appeared from certain angles, while the back sides are relatively disappointing and mediocre.

And here's an extra bash for tower 1:

indeed there are no 61 nor 58 floors, I only count 51. So if Al Hikma is at proposed floor height of 232m now, The Private Office might indeed only have 200 meters are even less.

Let's see the glass half-full: the glass front is nice, and the smaller tower helps the two neighbors to stand out more, especially Al Hikma Tower. This mix of smaller highrises next to much taller towers is typical for Sheikh Zayed Road. And at least this ensemble has advanced better than most other construction sites there.

Here's an update down BK from skyscraperlist.com.
Fins are visible on top, I'd be surprised if there'll be trees in the end, like proposed on the renders.
