Each building is oriented differently stairs and elevators, they are mostly concentrated on the flanks of the building. The building has a disadvantage in interior design site, limited space and the older wall of the building. Today, the buildings housed Brno Municipality, Directorate of Road Transport and Highways and other institutions. The lower building, which faces east toward the Technical University. The lower floors of the building serves as a parking lot, but it is limited in its capacity.

That's why I try to suggest what would be a new reconstruction of the complex in Brno.
