I believe Oblix has most of, if not the whole floor. My guess is 60/70% is public space, the rest being kitchen, services and storage. The public space is split into two parts:- restaurant and bar/lounge area. I didn't have a chance to really snoop around as I was a guest at a corporate function.

There is an atrium linking the three restaurant areas which utilizes a fair amount of floor space.
