Not bad. Though kinda reminds me of those government quarters built in the 70's for public servants eg. hospital quarters.

I guess I can add this to the Kiambu county thread as well. Thanx DB.

i agree. the first picture looks bad though. but the others are half way decent - decent renders help too.

Dont like these housing, they somehow resemble soviet ghettos but they are a little better since there are worse type of housing than these in Kenya.

I actually don't mind this. there is plenty of space in between the individual blocks. however, I would never wish to live in such an arrangement. I Like this because such projects are what will eventually force housing prices down - a substantial increase in housing "units" available.

win win. No?

Not unless they make them in very large quantities. This is like a drop in the ocean. I like this project though.
