Always something, or someone, to see in Venice.

Great tour even if some of your pictures were of Ocean Park and Marina Del Rey.

If you had to take a picture of somebody's butt, why did it have to be some ugly dude?? Were all the hot chicks in Huntington or Malibu?

Wonderful pics as usual, man. This is the kind of stuff that makes me proud to be able to experience and be a part of this city.

BTW you're growing locks now? Take care of 'em, I remember trying to grow some at your age and failing miserably.

I very much enjoyed this thread, Kingofthehill. Venice was just as crowded and chaotic the last time I was there on a Sunday morning. And if I remember well, the guy with the Speedo was wearing a "red, white and blue" one that day. GREAT pictures.

That guy has a great ass! Anyway once again superb "king"! What is most telling from "king"s photo series is that we need to get all of these diverse places connected. Yes, they may be connected by roads and freeways but mass transit seems to do something special by putting people's feet to the pavement and creating an energy that cannot be otherwise honed by regular car travel.
Could you imagine being a tourist in this city and being able to ride a train and experiencing Hollywood, Santa Monica/Venice, Downtown, Pasadena, Long Beach, Boyle Heights all in one day!!!!!!!!

Thumbs up Worship Venice!

My home away from home. Man do I miss it!

Sure miss the old California/Electric Avenue crowd. Fantastic photos indeed!

Gotta go back and visit now!

"Thanks for the memories"

Wink Save old Venice!

It would be great to see pics of the area surrounding the old Venice Pier!

Event where Lincoln Blvd intersects with Venice Blvd or rather as close to the Marina as possible.

I wonder how many of the original nice craftsman bungalows remain in Venice nabe's? I heard little by little they are vanishing and being replaced with those ugly "out house tin condo's". Say it isn't so! Egad!
