Check out the Island Resort. Call Ivory. Ivory is a better developer that the developer of the other two condo. Take a look at the penang times square and the view. Better quality. BUT ...... You got to ask them the completion date and the date of the stamping of S&P. Ivory like to delay the stamping of S&P. If you are not in a hurry to move in then Island resort will be better. Ivory like to delay their project but their project are very good quality.
Island Resort is near Batu Ferringi. Which is connected by one road to georgetown. If there is a road accident and closure, you might need to detour to balik pulau, then take another road to georgetown.
Surin is in Tanjung Bungah. Which accessible two roads from hillside connected from Fattes Park, and Tg Tokong. Which is lower risk compare to IR.
The Brezza is in Tg Tokong. Which is very low risk, however the developer is UDA..
If you're retired, the location is no concern to you.
Why this UDA developer is no good? I thought they have completed many projects in Malaysia? And many highend condos were actually build by them in KL? Please shows some evidence why they are no good.
I heard that Island Resort is a good one. You can try it!
