Wow! Bandung Masuk 5 Besar Kota Kreatif se-Asia

Bandung - Warga Bandung patut berbangga hati, karena Kota Bandung terpilih dalam 5 besar kota kreatif se-Asia. Hal tersebut berdasarkan sebuah survei yang dilakukan oleh salah satu media di Singapura yakni Channel News Asia pada Desember 2011 lalu.

Demikian dikatakan oleh Ridwan Kamil, ketua Bandung Creative City Forum usai acara peresmian Simpul Space #2 di Jalan Purnawarman No. 70, Bandung, Sabtu (25/2/2012).

"Kota Bandung sudah dikenal sebagai kota kreatif saat ini sudah diakui secara internasional. Dengan itu kita harus menunjukan sesuatu yang nyata agar menunjukkan bahwa Bandung itu kota kreatif," ujar pria yang akrab disapa Emil ini.

Menurut Emil, Bandung dipilih berdasarkan survey mengenai branding yang dilakukan, pengaruhnya terhadap masyarakat dan tentunya pengaruh terhadap perrtumbuhan ekonomi.

"Sudah saatnya kita menunjukan bahwa kita memang kota kreatif. Tentunya harus didukung oleh semua pihak, terutama pemerintah," ujarnya.

Tinggi Minat Beli Apartemen di Bandung

BANDUNG, (PRLM).- Minat beli apartemen masyarakat Bandung, dinilai relatif sangat tinggi. Setidaknya hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan penjualan Newton Residence di kawasan Bandung Timur, baru melakukan Ground Breaking (seremoni tanda pembangunan akan dimulai), satu dari tiga tower apartemen yang disediakan sudah habis dijual.

“Hari inipun sudah ada yang membeli lagi, ada 20-an pembeli baru untuk tower yang kedua,” ujar Senior Manajer, Margahayu Land, Achmad Yusuf .

Menurut Achmad, tingginya minat beli apartement masyarakat Bandung, juga dapat dilihat dari komposisi konsumen yang sudah membeli (sekalipun apartemennya belum mulai dibangun). Mayoritas adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili radius 5 km di sekitar lokasi Newton Residence.

Jumlah konsumen warga sekitar tersebut, mencapai 60%, lalu 10% lainnya berdomisili di wilayah Bandung dan sekitarnya. Sisanya merupakan pembeli dari luar Bandung, mulai dari Subang, Jakarta, Surabaya, sampai Pekanbaru. “Pembeli yang kami tanyai, umumnya mengatakan alasan mereka membeli dikarenakan karena lokasi yang strategis dan konsep apartemenn yang dinilai menarik,” katanya.

Achmad mengakui yang mereka kembangkan di Newton Residence memang agak berbeda dengan yang lainya, hal tersebut dikarenakan pihaknya ingin menjadi pengembang di Bandung yang pertama yang membangun apartement yang benar-benar apaertement. Misalnya dalam unit apartementnya dibuat sedikit, demi kenyamanan dan keleluasaan. Dalam satu hektare lahan yang umumnya digunakan untuk 2.000-an unit apartemen, hanya dibuat 696 unit dalam tiga tower. Setiap lantainya hanya berisi 10 unit, tapi disediakan 3 lift sekaligus. Sehingga penghuni memiliki semacam lift semi pribadi.

“Hal lain yang menjadi alasan pembeli adalah adanya pengembangan Newton The Hybrid Park (pusat perbelanjaan, life style, metting, dll) di kawasan tersebut. Sehingga penghuni Newton Residence akan menikmati semua kemudahan akses di semua fasilitas Hybrid Park nanti,” katanya. (A-135/A-147)***
